How to log in

Logging in to eBiml35 with your customer number and password, help if you have forgotten your password, and how to get access.

Logging in

  1. Open ebiml35.missing-link.de.
  2. Under Benutzerkonto (user account), enter your Kundennummer (customer number), for example 1012345.
  3. Enter your Passwort (password). Passwords are case-sensitive.
  4. Click Anmelden (log in).

Your login details from ebiml2 remain valid in eBiml35.

Forgotten password

Click Passwort vergessen? (forgotten your password?) or contact us directly: phone +49 421 59 6307-0 (Mon–Fri, 8 am–6 pm) or info@missing-link.de. We will send you new login details. Once you have logged in, you can change your password yourself under Einstellungen → Passwort (Settings → Password).

Login failed

  • Check your customer number and password, paying particular attention to upper and lower case and to Caps Lock being switched on by mistake.
  • After several failed attempts, eBiml35 blocks further attempts for a short time. Wait a minute and then try again.
  • If it still does not work, give us a call. We will help you straight away.
